Something I like to call ‘Dear God, please keep me crazy enough to keep on dreaming, normal enough to sleep once in a while.’ She’s not a product of a hype machine. Don’t confuse a world of people loving one thing with hype. Sometimes, that’s just everybody agreeing that something is fabulous.” 

That’s an awesome quote, I’ve never read that before.

And I love what he’s saying…just because she’s really famous and really popular- people don’t take her seriously as an artist and a musician and are willing to knock her down saying she’s all hype and things like that. When in reality she’s really so much more.
